Requirements

  • Interest in the advertising technology industry in a program management, product, operations, or account management role
  • Experience in a strategic, analytical and operational role in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable either taking initiatives from conception to launch or jumping into a pre-existing program and optimizing output
  • Enjoy working amidst ambiguity, being resourceful to execute on complex projects
  • Process-oriented mindset and ability to work with people to get things done
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and tool development
  • Experience with organizational/planning tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and sense of prioritization
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong active listening and questioning skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Be a catalyst for change in the organization, lead with authority and handle evolving change efforts by establishing excellent rapport with stakeholders
  • Works with PMO lead to align initiatives to strategic objectives and key results
  • Within a program:
  • Ensures alignment across business owners and partners with stakeholders to deliver expected results
  • Defines roles, responsibilities, decision-making authority, and policy
  • Identifies stakeholders, engages, and develops an effective communication plan
  • Proactively identifies and manages cross-functional dependencies
  • Identifies, analyzes, prioritizes, and manages bottlenecks & risks
  • Ensures benefits are identified and planned for; assessing progress towards benefits achievement
  • Directly coordinates key deliverables for high priority programs
  • Reports on progress against milestones, deliverables, and outcomes at each stage of a program to program stakeholders
  • Monitor and track program goals, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Manages key program documents so that all stakeholders have clear and easy access to critical information
