Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics or Electrical Engineering
  • Hands on
  • Classroom or real-world experience utilizing electronics lab equipment. (DMM, Digital Power Supplies, Oscilloscopes, Wire-strippers, etc.,)
  • CAD & 3D printing experience

Responsibilities

  • Process engineering change notices (ECN)
  • Identify and implement process efficiencies and drive process improvements
  • Define and track KPIs to measure and control quality in the production process and ensure processes are meeting the company’s QMS goals
  • Support production in day-to-day operation
  • Develop, evaluate, improve, and document assembly processes
  • Develop and implement process control techniques and procedures into assembly environments
  • Provide engineering support in production department to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
  • Provide firsthand support to the Operations team’s daily activities
  • Analyze quality problems to identify root causes and implement corrective action
  • Work with members of the supply chain to ensure the quality of raw materials, components or sub-assemblies meets the company’s quality standards.
  • Monitor feedback from customers to identify any quality concerns and liaise with customers to resolve any issues
