Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in a U.S. based full-time, bachelors, masters or PhD program in experience research or operations
  • Interested in AI-derived insights management
  • Familiar with customer-centered design practice and double-diamond research methods

Responsibilities

  • Learn about our different customer contact programs and help platform teams implement and recruit for them
  • Form a perspective on the use of AI tools for deriving insights from research findings and help implement the tools
  • Partner with XD and XD research team members to help them report out important research findings
  • Ensure findings are well documented in our research repository
  • Make sure our wiki reflects our latest scaled research programs
