Requirements

Required Skills:
Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college as a part or full-time undergraduate or graduate student.
Detail-oriented with good research, written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interest in social justice issues and creating diverse, equitable Required Skills:
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, quickly, and thoroughly to prioritize and complete task under multiple deadlines.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Excellent project management skills.
Required Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.
Enrollment in a 2 or 4-year degree program.
A enrollment in a 4-year college or university, with a concentration in Accounting or related field, preferred.nd inclusive workplaces, human resources, marketing and communications.
This internship will be fully or partially remote and requires access to a reliable computer, internet access and phone.
Ability to work independently and proactively follow assignments through to completion. Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Strong computer - internet skills with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
High degree of discretion and ability to properly handle confidential information.
Ability to seek understanding in ambiguity, and resilient in the face of setbacks.
Passion for developing oneself and others.
Required Experience:
Enrollment in a 2 or 4-year college or university, with a concentration in Human Resources or Business-related discipline.

Responsibilities

Learn about Retail Operations.
Learn about our Integrated Banking Solutions (IBS).
Training on the Currency Center process.
Conduct necessary research via communication and collaboration with both internal and external sources to create/modify policies and related procedures.
Keep track of controlled documents. Assist in a variety of projects.
