Requirements

  • Required Skills:
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college as a part or full-time undergraduate or graduate student.
  • Detail-oriented with good research, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interest in social justice issues and creating diverse, equitable Required Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, quickly, and thoroughly to prioritize and complete task under multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Excellent project management skills.
  • Required Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Enrollment in a 2 or 4-year degree program.
  • A enrollment in a 4-year college or university, with a concentration in Accounting or related field, preferred.nd inclusive workplaces, human resources, marketing and communications.
  • This internship will be fully or partially remote and requires access to a reliable computer, internet access and phone.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively follow assignments through to completion. Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Strong computer - internet skills with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
  • High degree of discretion and ability to properly handle confidential information.
  • Ability to seek understanding in ambiguity, and resilient in the face of setbacks.
  • Passion for developing oneself and others.
  • Required Experience:
  • Enrollment in a 2 or 4-year college or university, with a concentration in Human Resources or Business-related discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Learn about Retail Operations.
  • Learn about our Integrated Banking Solutions (IBS).
  • Training on the Currency Center process.
  • Conduct necessary research via communication and collaboration with both internal and external sources to create/modify policies and related procedures.
  • Keep track of controlled documents. Assist in a variety of projects.
