Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional business partners to ensure training, communication and education are accurately and effectively delivered to Sephora at Kohl’s associates
  • Support retail priorities through gathering feedback, and conducting hindsight and analysis
  • Assist with Sephora at Kohl’s growth initiatives through informing, planning, and engaging cross-functional teams to pilot and launch sales driving initiatives
  • Get exposure to cross-functional teams. Sephora has a highly collaborative culture, so you are encouraged and expected to work closely with other related teams such as Client Engagement, Store Operations, Category and Brand Operations, Retail Training Managers, and more!
