Requirements

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Legal, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact effectively cross functionally
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling data and documentation.
  • Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience: Previous internship or coursework related to procurement, project management, or analytics is a plus. Experience working in a cross-functional organization with ability to drive consensus and achieve business goals
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of ERP systems or procurement software is advantageous.
  • Graduating in 2025 or 2026 (undergraduate or graduate degree)
  • Remote program – work schedule must align with Pacific Standard Time
  • Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
  • Must be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for consideration for full-time hybrid positions *
  • Available for the 1-week On-Site office experience in San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Initiatives: Dive into market research to discover new suppliers and assess their potential. Help with evaluating supplier capabilities and contributing to our strategic sourcing projects.
  • Tooling Implementation: Assist in the rollout of new procurement tools and systems. Support the team in troubleshooting and optimizing these tools for better efficiency.
  • Project Support: Get involved in exciting projects that range from process improvements to new sourcing strategies. Your fresh perspective will be a valuable asset!
  • Analytics: Help analyze procurement data to uncover trends and insights. Create reports that will help drive informed decision-making and optimize our sourcing strategies.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Keep our procurement documents organized and up-to-date. Assist in preparing internal reports and presentations for the team.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Sephora has a highly collaborative culture, so you are encouraged and expected to work closely with other related teams such as Legal, Finance, IT, Operational Excellence, Information Security, Store Development, Technology, Supply Chain, Marketing and Business Operations.
