  • Early Careers Requirements:
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2024 and August 2025 (entering penultimate year of university)
  • Available for a June 2024 start date for an 8 – 10-week program
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)
  • Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer

Responsibilities

  • Prepares and posts entries to general ledger accounts with appropriate supporting documentation.
  • Reconciles bank account statements to General Ledger accounts
  • Prepares general ledger account reconciliations and researches and resolves any outstanding items.
  • Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports, such as Intercompany discrepancies
  • Assist in research for monthly accrual process
  • Ensures that all deadlines are met in accordance with the closing dates set by management.
