The ideal candidate for this Intern – Sustainability position should have a strong interest in the energy industry and be graduating with an undergraduate or advanced degree between Fall 2024 and Summer 2025. They should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and have a proactive and independent work style. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, are also essential for this role.

The intern will be responsible for conducting technical and economic analyses, collecting data, and creating and managing spreadsheets. They will assess energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies, build energy simulation models, and measure field performance of energy systems. Additionally, they will conduct research, analyze technology trends, and develop strategies for utilities, government, and energy companies. They will also communicate solutions and new strategies.
