Requirements

  • Working towards a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
  • A strong interest and passion for talent acquisition and human resources.
  • A high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Excellent computer skills -- proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).
  • Effective communication skills - communicate clearly and professionally with various stakeholders, including airline staff, stakeholders, and leaders.
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to maintain and adhere to project and individual schedules with minimal supervision.
  • Internship positions are open to current undergraduate students in their junior year who are graduating between December 2024 and June 2025.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the talent acquisition team with posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
  • Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team, such as preparing offer letters, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
  • Participate in talent acquisition projects and initiatives, such as recruiting events, campus recruiting, diversity and inclusion, and new employee orientations.
  • Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
