The ideal candidate for the Technical Design Intern position at ascena must have a critical eye for detail, strong measurement and technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities. They should be a recent college graduate or rising senior, possess a resume and portfolio, have sewing/pattern making knowledge (preferred but not required), and be able to independently secure and finance housing within commuting distance of the office.

The Technical Design Intern at ascena will be responsible for assisting the technical design team in various aspects of the product process, including fit sessions, creating spec packages, measuring samples, and collaborating on fit issue solutions.
