The candidate must be currently enrolled in an IT or similar degree program, have experience in troubleshooting, basic networking, and Windows OS, as well as scripting skills. They should be a problem solver and self-starter with effective communication skills. Python proficiency, experience with cloud services/platforms, log tools, queries, Jira, and project management are preferred.

The intern will provide support to engineers in the change release process, troubleshoot issues on trading desks, review log files, assist in monitoring tool management, and develop scripts for automation as needed.
