Requirements

  • Undergraduate student or recently graduated student majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Strategy or Education is preferred;
  • Proven organizational skills with demonstrated ability in conducting market research, preparing papers and managing projects while maintaining high attention to details;
  • Excellent inter-personal skills;
  • Excellent PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Office programs;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset;
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment;
  • Possesses strong communication skills;
  • Experience in the air transport industry would be an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Perform market research to support new product development initiatives
  • Assist in creating business cases for new product ideas
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback and identify opportunities for product improvement
  • Assist in managing and updating product sheet information
  • Support the product team with administration, logistics and marketing matters pertaining to the training portfolio
  • Process level 3 queries received from Customer Service team
  • Support the logistics pertaining to training material (internal and external)
  • Any other task as requested by Director, Training
