  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Adobe Illustrator, in Design, and Premier Pro is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, and distribute site-specific communications to the employee population.
  • Working towards a bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or a related field
  • Contribute to internal and external key messages.
  • Assist with storytelling of business success, employee highlights, and more, in creative and engaging ways.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events, trainings, operational orientations.
  • Storytelling to support the needs of the business, including writing, editing, and proofreading. Graphic design and photography and/or videography skills are a plus.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to support new hire engagement, employee engagement, and build relationships.
  • Collaborate with Safety teams to understand their internal communications needs and deploy strategies to meet those needs.
  • Perform other duties as may be required as related to internal communications.
