Requirements

  • Education: Enrolled in at least the second year of a Bachelor of Science degree program in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline. Experience using basic circuit simulation tools is highly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to use typical office automation products such as word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Lab Environment: Must be able to work in a lab environment and effectively use a computer.

Responsibilities

  • Electronic Systems Support: Provides support in the analysis, design, modification, and testing of electronic systems for designated products and customer applications.
  • Technical Support Assistance: Assists in providing technical support.
  • System Test Support: Aids in system tests to ensure functionality.
  • Technical Information Handling: Obtains, correlates, and analyzes technical information.
  • Engineering Documentation: Prepares engineering documentation.
  • Quality Management Support: Supports total quality management/continuous process improvement teams as required.
