Requirements

  • Pursuing Business Administration or related degree
  • Self-motivated, positive, and proactive approach, embodying a "go-getter" attitude by consistently taking initiative to accomplish tasks.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for digital technologies and customer engagement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Demonstrates the ability to adapt to new environments and operate successfully in rapidly changing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the formulation and execution of communication strategies and campaigns geared towards improving the digital experience for both customers and frontline employees.
  • Support in translating the vision of DCR Digital Capability's digital transformation into communication materials that effectively convey the value proposition of digital solutions. This involves generating content ideas, writing and curating content across multiple channels, and creating communication assets such as videos, articles, and presentations adhering to Schneider brand guidelines.
  • Provide support in the development and implementation of internal and external communication plans.
  • Contribute to the generation of compelling and impactful content tailored for various digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with teams across different functions to advance digital communication initiatives.
  • Ensure the maintenance of a consistent brand voice across all communication endeavors. Serve as the custodian of the brand, responsible for safeguarding it and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines in all communication materials including PowerPoint slides, Yammer artwork/visuals, video content, and naming conventions.
