Responsibilities

  • Join Amazon Web Services (AWS) in leading the cloud revolution.
  • We are looking for individuals who are passionate about improving processes with technical, cloud based tools.
  • As an AWS Associate Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) you will work with a team of CSMs responsible for helping customers along their multi-year journey to the cloud.
  • Our CSMs guide the customer through the operational, educational and governance aspects of a successful AWS cloud journey.
  • In this new, highly visible, role you will be ensuring that all AWS teams are working together effectively and efficiently to deliver outcomes for the customer.
  • At AWS, a CSM works with customers and AWS leadership, driving collaboration between multiple teams, including sales, solutions architects, professional service consultants and support teams, to plan and support workload migrations in a step by step manner.
  • Our interns are encouraged to think big, invent and take ownership on customer challenges.
  • You will not only bring the best of AWS/ Amazon to our customers, you will proactively help solve the customer’s challenges through new ideas, tools and mechanisms.
  • As an intern, you will receive AWS technical training, immerse yourself in cloud computing develop business acumen, and learn more about Amazon culture.
  • You will work on projects with mentors and peers, complete the AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification and attend professional development events.
