Requirements

  • Student of Marketing, Communications, Communication Design, Management, Retail, Digital or a related field
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Attention to details, quick comprehension, good organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
  • Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
  • Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
  • Availability for the full duration of the internship from September 2025 - March 2026
  • Ability to relocate to Herzogenaurach in Germany for the full duration of the internship

Responsibilities

  • Support our Business Unit teams in creating marketing and communication campaigns and initiatives that drive the future of our adidas brand. OR
  • Support our horizontal Marketing Strategy and Planning team in creating the strategic foundations and long-term plans for Marketing in adidas to ensure ONE BRAND voice to the consumer
  • Contribute to both short- and long-term communication strategies based on global business objectives, incl. effective channel planning.
  • Provide input for action plans aimed at maximizing brand and product exposure, ensuring efficiency in communication efforts.
  • Coordinate with global and local agencies, managing projects across digital, social, PR, and retail, ensuring creative concepts are executed to a high standard and brought to life for our consumers
