Requirements

Candidates should be working toward a B.S or M.S degree in civil engineering or construction management with an interest in pursuing a career in construction management
Candidates with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above are strongly preferred. Candidates with the completion of 4 college semesters (rising Junior status) are strongly preferred.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Good communication skills
Good organizational skills

Responsibilities

Document Control including managing receipts and transmission of project documents, checking documents for compliance with standard procedures, processing request for information (RFI’s), and processing/tracking drawing submittals
Attend project meetings for documentation of action items and developing minutes
Project control assistance including purchase orders, contract and subcontract change orders, and Field work directives
Coordinate/Track shipping of materials and equipment to site
Assist in the development of spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations for project meetings
Set-up and coordinate project meetings
