  • Construction or Industry experience
  • Exceptional leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Construction experience or industry knowledge
  • Great mathematical, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
  • General knowledge of reading construction drawings
  • Willingness to take on multiple projects at once

Responsibilities

  • Project Start-Up task tracking including: contracts, proposal letters, work authorizations, scopes of works etc.
  • Early Project Phases tasks including but not limited to: programming data worksheets, project filing, creation/maintenance of various spreadsheets, maintenance of logs (contracts, work authorization, etc.), meeting coordination, preparation of meeting agendas and meeting notes.
  • Construction Documentation/Administration Phases tasks include: file sharing, print coordination, logging RFIs & submittals, QA/QC documents.
  • Project Execution tasks:
  • Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designs.
  • Managing the planning and design stages of construction projects.
  • Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager.
  • Liaising between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Overseeing construction process in field
  • Coordinating inspections with AHJ and documenting.
  • Ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget.
  • Documenting processes and keeping detailed construction logs.
  • Presenting construction project progress updates to clients and senior managers.
  • Document field conditions via measurements, drone photos, etc.
