Requirements

Construction or Industry experience
Exceptional leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Construction experience or industry knowledge
Great mathematical, organizational, and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
General knowledge of reading construction drawings
Willingness to take on multiple projects at once

Responsibilities

Project Start-Up task tracking including: contracts, proposal letters, work authorizations, scopes of works etc.
Early Project Phases tasks including but not limited to: programming data worksheets, project filing, creation/maintenance of various spreadsheets, maintenance of logs (contracts, work authorization, etc.), meeting coordination, preparation of meeting agendas and meeting notes.
Construction Documentation/Administration Phases tasks include: file sharing, print coordination, logging RFIs & submittals, QA/QC documents.
Project Execution tasks:
Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designs.
Managing the planning and design stages of construction projects.
Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager.
Liaising between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
Overseeing construction process in field
Coordinating inspections with AHJ and documenting.
Ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget.
Documenting processes and keeping detailed construction logs.
Presenting construction project progress updates to clients and senior managers.
Document field conditions via measurements, drone photos, etc.
