Responsibilities

  • As part of the Customer Care team in Italy you will be in contact with customers from Life Sciences organizations, Biotech and Clinical companies or public institutions.
  • You will support our customer experience activities aiming at providing excellent service to our customers.
  • You will be introduced to many commercial and administrative processes that support the order fulfillment cycle, including quoting, as well as you will collaborate with diverse parts of the function.
  • You will have a wide portfolio of tasks to complete.
  • Plus test your natural curiosity in challenging current state, propose for process improvement opportunities and suggestions for efficiency gains.
