Requirements

  • In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Junior or above.
  • Recent graduates will not be eligible for this program.
  • Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
  • An official transcript may be required upon request.
  • Preferred majors include: Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Management, Hospitality, Public Relations.
  • Additional information:
  • Preferable skills for success in role include but not limited to:
  • Experience with direct digital marketing (lifecycle, mobile messaged, direct/1:1 marketing, digital marketing) with an understanding of integrating communication strategies preferred.
  • Must be efficient in Microsoft Office Programs including, but not limited to: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities and organization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Superior written & verbal communication skills.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines.
  • Ability to work autonomously and/or in teams.
  • Consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains project timelines and identifies opportunities for improvement.
  • Assists with pre- and post- campaign analytics and metrics.
  • Conducts program testing, collaborating with internal partners and stakeholders.
  • Provides support for campaign execution.
  • Monitors performance metrics, meticulously documenting them, and discerning opportunities and patterns for improvement to optimize program effectiveness.
  • Collaborates closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration of the channel into broader marketing strategies.
  • Executes new content for triggered communications and implements monthly e-newsletters while maintaining comprehensive project management.
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
