What qualifications are required for the Equity Research Analyst Internship?
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with a graduation date of December 2025 or Spring 2026. A Finance/Accounting degree is strongly preferred. Candidates should have a track record of proven academic excellence, ability to work in a team and independently, excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, and advanced computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
What can interns expect to do as part of the internship?
Interns will play an integral role in the research process, work closely with Analysts in a focused industry group, provide quantitative support for industry- and company-specific research, assist with field research, work in small teams covering a group of 15+ stocks, collect industry data, write reports, communicate findings, interact with covered company management, and discuss research findings with Sales & Trading associates and institutional clients.
