Requirements

  • Availability for a full-time job, ranging from a minimum of six months to a maximum of nine months and a valid work visa for Germany
  • Fluent English skills (other languages would be great)
  • You are studying event-related topics and/or have first experiences in organizing events
  • An outgoing personality who loves to collaborate and communicate
  • Proactive attitude: You are eager to find and work on projects and see progress from day one
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances. You also have a structured approach to work

Responsibilities

  • Bring life to our events by supporting the events team
  • Elevate our talent's journey by crafting unique experiences that showcase your great attention to details and radiate enthusiasm
  • Support in conceptualizing innovative events and formats that stand out and truly make an impact
  • Take charge and run campus events together with different stakeholders, analyze the impact of the events & share your learnings
  • Help provide necessary information to all stakeholders of events and stay in touch with them throughout the events process
  • Assist other teams (e.g. Campus Team, Diversity & Inclusion) and initiatives proactively
