Requirements

  • Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in business with a major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration or Analytics from an accredited institution
  • Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
  • Must be geographically flexible to relocate within the United States
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minor in MIS or Entrepreneurship
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within campus and/or the community
  • Overall cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher

Responsibilities

  • As a participant in the program, you will complete assignments that will give you the hands-on experience to get started in your career. This assignment will conduct financial accounting in our Assemblies & Residential Solutions group within Electrical Sector Americas.
  • After completion of the internship and upon graduation, your experience and newly acquired skills could lead you to a variety of career paths, such as Eaton’s Accounting and Finance Development Program. This full-time rotational program would provide you the opportunity to have several assignments in manufacturing accounting, finance, business etc., that are progressive in job responsibilities and provide a broad experience across multiple business units and locations
