Requirements

  • In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Senior or above.
  • Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
  • A transcript is required upon application.
  • Preferred majors include: Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, Pre-Law, or similar.
  • Willingness to learn new platforms such as Workfront, SharePoint, and Media Valet.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in reviewing and ensuring marketing materials align with global brand guidelines in WorkFront.
  • Helps manage creative projects, track progress, and ensure timely licensor approvals.
  • Supports the tracking and reporting of project statuses and related budgets, including weekly updates to leadership.
  • Collaborates with all business units and regional teams to ensure marketing plans align with global brand objectives.
  • Utilizes WorkFront to track project timelines and assist in coordinating team tasks and responsibilities.
  • Assists with tracking and monitoring global font licenses.
  • Helps maintain and update brand assurance reference tools like online portals, documents and/or Team Universal Brand Guidelines site.
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
