Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Informational Systems, Informational Sciences, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in programming projects in software platforms, ideally survey projects using survey software platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, Medallia)
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities
  • Self-starter who is able to take initiative to drive results
  • Familiarity with JIRA or other IT ticket systems
  • Experience with supervised machine learning and building sentiment analysis query strings a plus
  • HTML knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own the management and administration of software systems including survey systems (e.g. Qualtrics, Medallia)
  • Collaborate with IT Applications Developers to automate data projects between systems
  • Build reporting and dashboards in systems
  • Optimize tools to extract the most critical insights for various internal audiences
