  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous HR or Talent Acquisition experience via courses, internships, or other work.
  • Rising Senior or recent graduate.

Responsibilities

  • Global Talent Acquisition Operations:
  • Gain an understanding of Talent Acquisition strategies to ensure an efficient, inclusive, and positive candidate, recruiter and hiring manager experience.
  • Partner with GTA Manager and team(s) to implement process and training elements of our diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy within Talent Acquisition.
  • Introduction to recruitment marketing and employer branding, including creating recruitment marketing briefs, identifying opportunities for talent and brand connections, updating Company pages (internal and external)
  • Early Careers:
  • Partner with Early Careers Manager for internal and external internship and university events – including planning and execution.
  • Create strategic recruitment plan for Fall 2024 utilizing insights from 2023-2024 Early Careers strategy and partnerships.
  • Executive Recruitment:
  • Partner with Executive Recruitment Manager to understand recruitment mapping, sourcing and networking for Director and above roles.
  • Develop sourcing skills and candidate outreach.
