Requirements

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication (verbal & written), follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in detail with accuracy.

  • Interest in data analytics and/or process improvement.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with large datasets; including data discovery, data collection, analysis, interpretation, and presenting actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Partner with Director and Analyst to contribute in the development and improvement of reports to monitor and report on key metrics that align with High Jewelry Procurement strategy.
  • Support the High Jewelry Procurement Directors & Managers in preparing tools and analyses for ad hoc projects.
  • Support the Analyst in updating and maintaining various procurement-related databases and trackers, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting for High Jewelry Procurement teams.
  • Process Excellence:
  • Support the Analyst to create weekly Stone Review meeting lists; distribute meeting lists and post-meeting recaps to cross-functional teams; and work with Project Analysts on post-meeting updates to ensure stones flow through processing in a timely manner.
  • Contribute in the development and maintenance of Visio process flows and Standard Operating Procedures in an effort to promote standardized processes across the Procurement teams.
  • Other:
  • Support High Jewelry Procurement teams on coordination and execution of ad hoc projects.
