Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree from a Business School or University with a specialization in Finance
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting, and modeling
  • Previous internship experience is highly recommended
  • Good expertise of Excel and Power Point, Fluent in English, another European language (Spanish, German, Italian, French) is a plus
  • Flexible, proactive and strong analytical and communication skills
  • Strong motivation, results oriented mindset, good team player and wish to thrive and learn in an entrepreneurial and dynamic company

Responsibilities

  • Sector, strategic and financial target companies analysis;
  • Create financial modeling and scenario analysis of company business plans;
  • Contribute to preparing investment memos; participate in the investment committee process;
  • Help develop relationships with private equity firms, corporates, advisors and banks;
  • Attend management presentations;
  • Monitor portfolio companies and funds and write periodic follow-up reports and analysis reporting;
  • Assist the Portfolio Managers in secondary trading to capture value and optimize funds' performance;
  • Contribute to the fundraising effort building funds model, track-record and marketing supports.
