What are the main responsibilities of an intern in the Private Equity team?
The main responsibilities include performing sector, strategic, and financial analysis of target companies, building financial models, writing investment memos, contributing to the investment committee process, and assisting in monitoring portfolio companies.
What tasks will an intern perform in the Private Debt team?
Interns will support the local team in executing leveraged finance transactions, review and analyze potential LBO target companies, develop cash flow-based models, assist in preparing credit memos, and create marketing and client presentations.
What qualifications are required to apply for the internship?
Applicants should be Business Administration/Economics students with a focus on finance, accounting, and/or banking, possess strong analytical skills, have previous internship experience, and be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Is knowledge of languages required for this position?
Yes, fluency in English and German is required for the internship.
