Responsibilities

  • Customer Support and Ticket Sales: Provide comprehensive support for ticket sales and handle customer inquiries.
  • Schedule Optimisation: Manage and refine timeslot availability and scheduling to maximise operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and issue invoices in alignment with sales activities.
  • Reservation Coordination: Oversee bookings, reservations, and combination tours, ensuring seamless coordination and service delivery.
  • Sales Platform Support: Assist in implementing updates and improvements to the sales platform for enhanced functionality.
  • Voucher Distribution: Manage and track the distribution of vouchers for ticketing.
  • Cross-functional Sales Support: Collaborate with internal teams and support external stakeholders on sales-related inquiries and requests.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify and implement improvements to optimise sales processes and drive efficiency.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyse sales reports, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Trade Show Coordination: Assist with planning and organising trade show participation, enhancing brand presence and engagement.
  • Partnership Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain productive partnerships.
