The internship is full-time, with the possibility of working 4 days a week in consultation.

The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months, based on consultation with your internship supervisor.
Where will the internship be based?
The internship will be based in Amsterdam, with a hybrid way of working (3 days in the office and 2 days at home).
What is the monthly internship fee?
You will receive an internship fee of €650 gross per month, based on 40 hours per week.
Are vacation days provided during the internship?
Yes, you will enjoy 2 vacation days per month, based on 40 hours per week.
Will commuting expenses be reimbursed?
If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed.
Is this internship practice-oriented?
Yes, the internship is practice-oriented.
What degree should I be pursuing to apply for this internship?
You should be pursuing a degree in social studies, human rights, HR, or any related field.
Is it possible to work completely remote during the internship?
No, HEINEKEN requires physical presence at the internship location as it believes you learn most when working directly with colleagues.
Do I need to be enrolled at a Dutch educational institution?
Yes, if you have a non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution. If you have EU nationality, you may also be registered at educational institutions outside the EU.
