Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in business with a major in Accounting from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher (please do not round).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship.
  • Relocation is not provided for this role, the candidate must be located within 50 miles of Houston, TX
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Desire to build a career in tax.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within campus and/or the community.
  • Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (please do not round).
  • Self-motivated and a strong desire to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • As a participant in the program, you will complete assignments that will give you the hands-on experience to get started in your career. These assignments may include assisting with federal, international, or state tax compliance, researching and analyzing the tax implications of proposed transactions or legislation, or assisting with the development or implementation of a tax planning idea or business transaction.
