What is the duration of the internship program?
The internship program can be six, nine, or twelve months long, depending on the requirements of your degree course.
What are the primary responsibilities of the Inventory Control Data Analyst intern?
The intern will be responsible for data digitization projects, working closely with the EXM Inventory Control Team, developing inventory business intelligence, and contributing to visualization outputs for decision-making.

Proficiency in Business Intelligence and Analytics, advanced Excel skills, experience with data preparation systems, strong attention to detail, and organizational skills are required. Six Sigma certification is desirable.
What qualifications are needed for this position?
A bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, IT, Computing for Business, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Will I receive training during the internship?
Yes, the internship includes onboarding and training to understand the inventory database, BMS systems, and ExM inventory and CMO profiles.
Is prior experience in data analytics necessary?
While prior experience is beneficial, the program is designed to provide practical hands-on experience, and students are encouraged to apply even if their experience does not perfectly align with all requirements.
What tools and software should I be familiar with for this internship?
Proficiency in Excel and Tableau Prep is required, and you should be willing to explore new systems.
What key deliverables are expected during the internship?
Key deliverables include onboarding and understanding the database in the first three months, developing and testing data prep rules in the next three months, and launching the program during the final months.
