Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating CRM, CMS, and Intranet projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Attend and contribute to follow-up meetings with project stakeholders.
  • Ensure action items are tracked and completed.
  • Document technical specifications, user guides, and process flows.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance processes for CRM, CMS, and Intranet solutions.
  • Identify and track bugs and issues, and assist in their resolution.
  • Ensure that all solutions meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Propose innovative solutions to improve existing systems.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of new ideas.
  • Work closely with IT and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions.
