Requirements

  • You have:
  • Proficiency in Java programming language.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
  • Currently a candidate for Masters, Bachelors degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, etc., or a related field with an accredited school in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.
  • Assist in the integration of Excel functionality into software solutions, including data import/export, reporting, and automation.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to project requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions.
  • Conduct research and experimentation to explore new technologies and methodologies relevant to the project.
  • Assist in the development and execution of test cases to ensure software reliability and performance.
  • Document technical specifications, procedures, and guidelines to support knowledge-sharing and future development efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Java development and Excel integration.
