Responsibilities

  • Assist in keeping service tickets organized. May assist users with simple service requests.
  • Process batch processing tasks
  • Enter data into reports/spreadsheets. Inventory tracking
  • Write procedures and update knowledgebase articles
  • Learn to understand the concept of the department and how the function is important to the organization’s overall business.
  • Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks within the department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • What you will gain:
  • Exposure to all departments of the credit union. Understanding of IT inventory, ordering process, data entry and reporting, and technical writing skills. Experience with service ticketing knowledge base system.
