Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and resolve basic IT issues.
  • Collaborate with IT team members on ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies and present findings to the team.
  • Assist in troubleshooting network and system issues.
  • Perform routine system backups and ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
  • Learn and adhere to cybersecurity best practices.
  • Document IT processes and procedures
