Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 0-1 years of internship experience in IT preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems (up to Windows 11) and Office 365
  • Basic understanding of network concepts (e.g., routers, switches, VPN)
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune or other device management platforms is a plus
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and identity access management is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with troubleshooting network, hardware, and software issues

  • Help maintain cybersecurity protocols, including monitoring and mitigating risks related to firewalls, VPNs, and identity access management
