The candidate must be a current sophomore or junior in a computer science or information systems related program, proficient in Microsoft Office tools, have a desire to work in insurance, banking, or financial services, and have a minimum GPA of 3.2. Preference is given to candidates pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology, with completed internships and exposure to the industry. Strong work experience is considered for all majors.

The IT Intern at Genworth will be assigned to a specific technology function and will support various activities such as IT security, end user services, application development, and IT operations. They will collaborate with teams, analyze threats, provide support, deliver enhancements, and perform business analysis for IT operations.
