Requirements

  • Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of current and evolving technologies.
  • Must be a confident self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and working within a team environment.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with all business partners.
  • Proven leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to evaluate pros and cons of alternative solutions and effectively translate to broad audiences.
  • Strong time and project management skills that enable on-time project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • Qualifications:
  • Candidates should be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s Computer Science or related degree program graduating December 2024 or May 2025.
  • GPA of 3.0+ preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the IT infrastructure that supports Schwan’s manufacturing facilities.
  • Assist with the configuration and implementation of Microsoft Windows Server.
  • Assist in the identification of hardware and software technical problems and malfunctions related to the IT Infrastructure
  • Assist senior level engineers in projects and support to continually improve and upgrade the infrastructure.
  • Participate in providing a stable performance environment and IT projects which improve the infrastructure.
  • Aid in locating the necessary tools and processes to identify and resolve problems and to prevent them from occurring.
  • Utilize previously developed procedures for Infrastructure Technologies administration.
