Requirements

  • To qualify for this internship opportunity, you must be a rising junior, senior enrolled in a Bachelor's program.
  • Preferred concentration of study: Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science
  • Qualifications:
  • Experience or knowledge of Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework enterprise (SAFe)
  • Demonstrated communication, facilitation and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate with business partners to define needs, address issues and answer questions
  • Experience with supporting virtual teams / meetings
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience with tools like MS360 Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
  • Quality / Result / Details oriented
  • Ability to change focus quickly as priorities change

Responsibilities

  • Coordination of communication, action items and next steps efforts within the internal IT teams
  • as well as external support to ensure delivery of tasks and/or objectives within a timely manner.
  • Support the project delivery and implementation, such as preparing for & facilitating project
  • meetings and technical discussions, managing project documentation, running internal approvals and paperwork, etc.
  • Work closely with our business partners to understand their processes, and current and future system requirements to improve their business functions and productivity.
  • Enlist and foster a comprehensive and a highly collaborative working relationship between IT teams and the business partners to understand project dependencies and the bigger picture.
  • Facilitate the support of Dealer Network business initiatives and other areas that require IT application integration through the various IT Team and other input from IT.
  • Work closely with business partners as well as the technical teams in the definition, testing, training, implementation and support of system functional requirements. This includes managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure in the area of responsibility.
