The ideal candidate for the IT Security Intern position should be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science. They should have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and possess skills in communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and customer service. Additionally, they should have knowledge of desktop operating system deployment processes and experience with Windows 7 and 10 image development and software packaging.

The IT Security Intern will maintain and troubleshoot SCCM systems, develop and deploy software packages, analyze configuration management, provide patch management support, educate customers, coordinate with vendors, and document procedures.
