Requirements

  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience operating in ServiceNow or another IT ticketing system.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
  • Good research skills and the ability to manage details.
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience developing and documenting business processes.
  • Knowledge of ITIL Foundations v4., university or law school.

Responsibilities

  • Testing the functionality of the new ITAM system.
  • Assisting with the migration of the current ITAM system to the new application.
  • Reconciling asset records and updating device information in the new ITAM system, helping to ensure data accuracy.
  • Documenting ITAM processes and policies and assisting with identifying areas for improvement.
  • Learning how to create key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards and reports on key IT asset metrics, including device usage, costs, and compliance.
  • Assist with analyzing reports for trends and make recommendations.
  • Contributing to the creation and execution of training sessions for the new ITAM system.
  • Producing weekly ITAM system project status updates.
  • Assist with coordinating and leading ITAM system project meetings.
  • Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required.
