Requirements

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a graduate degree program in an accredited collegeCandidates must be currently enrolled in a graduate degree program in an accredited college, university or law school.
Preferred Skills:
Experience operating in ServiceNow or another IT ticketing system.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
Good research skills and the ability to manage details.
Ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience developing and documenting business processes.
Knowledge of ITIL Foundations v4., university or law school.

Responsibilities

Testing the functionality of the new ITAM system.
Assisting with the migration of the current ITAM system to the new application.
Reconciling asset records and updating device information in the new ITAM system, helping to ensure data accuracy.
Documenting ITAM processes and policies and assisting with identifying areas for improvement.
Learning how to create key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards and reports on key IT asset metrics, including device usage, costs, and compliance.
Assist with analyzing reports for trends and make recommendations.
Contributing to the creation and execution of training sessions for the new ITAM system.
Producing weekly ITAM system project status updates.
Assist with coordinating and leading ITAM system project meetings.
Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required.
