Responsibilities

  • Configure PCS (Desktops and Laptops) from scratch
  • Installation of office software (Office, Outlook and others specific to the hotel sector)
  • Printers. Installation of local and networked printers
  • Servers: Manage file servers, key management servers, and other specific hotel servers.
  • Security: Review vulnerabilities in networked computers and fix them.
  • Remote PC Administration (SCCM and RDP)
  • Networks: (2 networks: Administrative network and Internet network Clients) Manage CPD, IDFs, Manage switches. Monitor Routers, Firewalls, WIFI
  • Networks: Review Fiber Optics, Ethernet network cabling, extension of new cabling, etc., Patching cabling in racks, etc.,,
  • Customer internet lines, administrative network, ADSLs, IPTV
  • Hotel, restaurant and lounge TVs: Manage and monitor
  • TFs: Manage the hotel's Tfs and Tfs switchboard
  • Mobile TFs: Change and configure mobile Tfs company
  • POS System: Prepare Terminals and Printers of the Hotel POS System
