Requirements

  • Enrolled in a related undergraduate or graduate program
  • What We Prefer:
  • studying computer science, technology, or related field
  • Provide project management support including preparing, supporting, and attending project meetings; assisting with schedule, budget, and risk management; and preparing meeting agendas, materials, sign-in sheets, and notes.
  • Provide systems engineering support including gathering stakeholder needs and information; and drafting system architectures, concepts of operation, system requirements, design plans, testing plans/procedures, training plans/materials, and deployment plans.
  • Support the development of feasibility studies and white papers for potential transportation projects by examining national best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Assists project team members with various support tasks.
  • Conducts basic research and data collection.
  • Maintains records, collections and files related to specific projects.
  • Assist in the development of graphics, presentation materials and reports.
  • Performs other duties assigned.
