  • Information Technology Skills preferred: Reporting, Automation and Monitoring Tools and Paradigms, including ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

  • Daily review of Incident & Change Tickets.
  • Observe Escalations, Working Sessions as part of Opportunities for Process Improvement.
  • Design & Build Monitoring & Automation Processes
  • Validate the new & Improved Processes
