Responsibilities

  • Produce day-to-day design assets (e.g., social content, digital display, email/CRM layouts, basic print collateral) in line with brand guidelines
  • Support the team in turning creative briefs into concepts and executions, including moodboards, layout explorations, and simple visual systems
  • Prepare and supply production-ready artwork (correct specs, file formats, resolutions, bleed/crop, versioning) and maintain tidy working files
  • Collaborate with colleagues to apply feedback and complete amends efficiently, ensuring quality control (alignment, typography, accessibility basics, consistency)
  • Assist with asset management (organising libraries, sourcing imagery/icons/fonts appropriately, maintaining templates) and help keep projects structured
  • Contribute to team learning by staying up to date with design trends and tools, and proactively seeking guidance to build craft and speed while meeting deadlines
