Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree, with interest or experience in a communications, marketing, investor relations, sales or a related field
  • Advanced Adobe InDesign or Photoshop and WordPress skills
  • Motivated and proactive
  • Able to work independently with members from other departments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize time-sensitive tasks

Responsibilities

  • Web Design & Development:
  • Maintain Capstone website (e.g. updating firm figures, adding new media/thought leadership content, keeping leadership page up to date, etc.)
  • Lead the design and building of the GVS website alongside Sales Technology group
  • Design web pages for new content and content updates on Capstone and GVS websites and Investor Portal
  • Social Media:
  • Create content to accompany Capstone and GVS LinkedIn posts including but not limited to images, GIFs, and videos
  • Assist in designing and updating content on LinkedIn Careers page, and D&I pages
  • Marketing Collateral
  • Create animated videos for major strategies (e.g. CGM, Dispersion, Tail Hedging, etc.) for website and investor portal
  • Maintain marketing slides and design and create new content as needed (e.g. to accompany new strategies)
  • Ad-Hoc Projects
  • Assist in ad-hoc design projects across the firm including but not limited to:
  • Help design brand ephemera
  • Create new hire and onboarding materials and content
  • Develop materials to support learning and recruiting initiatives
  • Support departments with design elements of intranet pages
  • Other projects and duties as assigned
