What qualifications are required for this position?
Candidates must be actively pursuing a four-year degree in Engineering Technology, Survey, or Civil Engineering, preferably with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and in teams, and reliable transportation are also required.
Is experience with AutoCAD necessary for this role?
Yes, a working knowledge of AutoCAD is required, while knowledge of Terramodel, Trimble, Leica, Topcon Total Stations, Trimble GPS, and TDS is desired.
Does the position include fieldwork?
Yes, the position involves conducting boundary, topographic, utility, and architectural surveys, which constitutes fieldwork.
